Apartment No. 4 is on the first floor and is intended for 4-6 persons. The apartment with 55m² usable area consist of:
         -  bedroom with french bed
         -  bedroom with bed for 2 persons
         -  kitchen with corner nook dining set (fully equipped, stove, oven, refrigerator)
            and extensible sofa for 2 persons
         -  bathroom with toilette (shower, WC, washstand)
         -  SAT / TV, free WLAN
         -  kettle, coffee maker
         -  microwave oven (by request)
         -  outside grill
         -  two balcons with outdor sitting suite
         -  air condition
         -  additional bed (by request)
         -  cot (by request)

The large parking lot is directly close to the apartments for guests. Fresh linen and towels are provided weekly. Kitchen is fully equipped with crockery.
