Villa Marija is a modern villa, situated in peaceful location just outside the town centre. You can enjoy a great view of the sea from all balconies and atriums. You can enjoy a beautiful view of Gulf of Pag, the Velebit mountain range and the centre of the town of Pag, which particularly shows its beauty in evening lights.


Apartment 1 (***)

Apartment consists of bedroom for 3, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. The apartment is on the ground floor and includes the atrium with a view to the sea side.

Apartment 2 (***)

Apartment consists of two bedrooms (each for 2), kitchen, dining room and bathroom. The apartment is on the ground floor and includes the atrium (two entries) with a view to the sea side.

Apartment 3 (***)

The apartment on the first floor is for 4 persons and consists of two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. You can enjoy the beautiful view to Gulf of Pag from the balcony.

Apartment 4 (***)

The apartment on the first floor is for 4 (up to 7) persons and consists of two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. You can also enjoy the beautiful view to Gulf of Pag from two balconies.

All apartments include refrigerators, TV sets, portable cooling fans. Additional beds can be provided. Towels and sheets are changed weekly. If you have any additional requests or demands you can freely contact the owner.

There are two parking-lots for the customers. The courtyard in front of the Villa can be used as a playground or a grill picnic place.

You can reach the beach in front of the Villa by the short foot path and some stairs. In close surrounding of the Villa you can also choose from variety of beaches wich are all linked with foot paths. All beaches are public and accessible to everybody.
